  • We deliver orders to all governorates within the Arab Republic of Egypt .

2. Processing and Shipping Time

  • In-stock Items: Orders are handed over to the courier within 24 business hours of confirmation.

  • Special Technical Orders: For assembled or customized components, the customer will be notified of the preparation period before the order is finalized.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees vary based on the governorate and package weight. The final cost will be displayed at the checkout page.

4. Receiving the Shipment

  • Please inspect the packaging upon delivery. If there is any visible damage or breakage, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately to ensure your right to a replacement
