Exchange and Return Policy – EMA Group

At EMA Group for Hydropneumatic Engineering, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality systems and components. To ensure your rights and provide the best after-sales service, please review the following terms:

1. Eligibility Period

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the product delivery date.

• A valid original purchase invoice must be presented to complete the process.

2. Technical Conditions

• Original Condition: Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all accessories included (manuals, Components).

• Electrical and Electronic Products (Solenoid Coils, Connectors, and Sensors): These items are non-returnable . This is to ensure the safety of internal circuits and windings from damage caused by wiring errors or voltage fluctuations.

• Customized Systems: Components manufactured or assembled according to a customer’s specific technical specifications are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless a clear manufacturing defect is present.

3. Exclusions from Return/Exchange

• Failures resulting from improper installation or operation at pressures higher than those allowed in the attached technical catalog.

• Parts showing signs of rust, corrosion, or damage due to improper storage after receipt by the customer.

• Products where the warranty seals have been tampered with or repair attempts were made outside our technical support department.

4. Technical Inspection Process

• When requesting an exchange due to a defect, the item is sent to our Technical Support Department for inspection.

• The inspection process takes 2 to 4 business days to issue a technical report determining if the defect is a manufacturing issue or the result of misuse

5. Refunds and Shipping Costs

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

• The customer bears all shipping and delivery costs, except in cases where the return is due to a company error or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
